Closely related to concepts such as timeboxing and iterative and incremental development used in software design. It helps maximum focus and creative freshness, thereby allowing programmers to complete projects faster with less mental fatigue.

Pair-programming

Pair programming is an agile software development technique in which two programmers work together at one workstation. The biggest advantage of pair programming is increasing both productivity and satisfaction of programmers. When pair-programming, the programmers consider a larger number of ways of solving the problem than a single programmer alone might do. This significantly improves the design quality of the program as it reduces the chances of selecting a poor method.

Weekly Workshop

In order to maintain our friendly and open-minded working environment, we throw internal workshop every week. This is the chance for DSV staffs from all levels and functions to meet up and share their valuable knowledge and experience together, enhance employee connection and boost work efficiency.
